I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of South Carolina with nearly 10 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship, medical, and substance abuse issues. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in English from the University of South Carolina Upstate and received my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse College.
I take a client-centered approach, incorporating solution-focused techniques (SFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), medical family therapy (MFT), mindfulness-based approaches, and emotionally-focused therapy (EFT). My ability to adapt to meet the needs of each client allows for the freedom and creativity necessary to foster healing.
