I help clients slow down, understand their patterns, and together, we build insight, practical coping tools, emotional resilience, healthier communication, and a clearer path towards healing, balance, and meaningful change.
My work is shaped by a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Having lived across 3 continents, I understand how culture, identity, family expectations, belonging, and transition can shape emotional well-being. I offer a thoughtful space to explore what feels heavy, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
