I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in San Diego Ca. My goal is to create a safe space where my clients feel free to tackle difficult situations and face their fears. You will walk away feeling heard and empowered. I approach my clients on a unique basis and focus on individual trauma, attachment or relationship issues that can affect the day-to-day life cycles.
My theoretical orientations focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy. I pride myself in working with couples and individuals from all ages and cultural backgrounds.
