I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with trauma, building self esteem, anxiety, relationship issues, and helping couples build communication skills, rebuild their connection, and intimacy. I approach each therapeutic relationship with compassion, empathy, and respect. I believe therapy is a collaborative process specific to each clients needs.
I use EMDR to focus on trauma and draw from relational and attachment focus while including CBT, mindfulness, and somatic interventions.
