For three decades I have been honored to be trusted mental health Coach . I have worked at private practice and mental health hospital. My skills ( education and experience) grounded in Science and Compassion. It is uncommon to feel frustration and hopeless about the way things are. Often Anxiety or Depression goes hand in hand with other emotions such as Anger , low self esteem , grief and not sleeping well. Together , we will explore supportive guidelines to thrive you in fulfillment of life.
I have Ph.D in Clinical Psychology ,Certified Life coach and have Master (MA) in Counseling Psychology .I have found the benefits of joint advanced education, experience and life coaching in my services I can provide support and guidance during troubling time by helping individuals to identify their healthy copying skills and navigate challenges.
Over the years I have supported and helped many clients to live best life as possible . I am providing life coaching . I speak 2 other languages, (Farsi,and Azari) . I am offering non judgmental space for reflection and empowering to make healthy and positive changes in various aspects of their life .
