Are you looking for a friendly support in order to gain the clarity of your worries, difficulties, values, needs, and goals. I want to provide accurate understanding and to walk alongside you with your struggles. You are the expert in your life, not me. It would be a privilege for me to share your struggles and breakthrough.
I provide talk therapy, play and art therapy. Some tools I have found being useful are Affect Management Skills Training, Stress management, DBT informed Effective Interpersonal Skills training, EMDR, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and EMDR.
I very much appreciate your courage to reach out and look forward to hearing from you.
