When working with couples, new skills include; getting familiar with patterns of triggers, maximizing relationship strenghts, and effective repair after conflict ruptures. Together, we build better relationships.
I graduated John F. Kennedy University in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, with emphasis on Somatic Psychotherapy, bringing wisdom and awareness of the body to facilitate healing. Deep inner work is my life's passion and I am committed to supporting you in your goals.
