I specialize in trauma with emphasis on the individual, couples, family, and group therapy. I pull from all four schools of psychology but lean more towards the Behavioral & Cognitive, Family Systems, and Humanistic schools of thought.
As an AAPI woman of color, I can help with identifying and healing generational trauma; addressing and processing life's challenges; and any other area of needs.
Therapy is personal and unique to each individual. I attempt to bring mindfulness and somatic work into the therapeutic process.
