Therapy is a desired journey for self-discovery at any point in our lives, and an opportunity to access our own inner resources for self-empowerment. In my practice, I integrate Western psychotherapy interventions with Eastern methods of healing. For 24 years, my cross-cultural work and clinical experience have fostered a global perspective on mental health with deep empathy and nonjudgement. I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, transpersonal psychology, meditation, & Emotional Freedom Techniques. My focus is the full spectrum of traumatology/PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, & other crises. Welcome.
Expert Witness in Traumatology (Federal Court since 2005); Harvard Medical School (Post-Graduate Degree in Global Mental Health & Traumatology); National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist; Certified Grief Counseling Specialist; Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional; Certified in Mental Health & Integrative Medicine

Shreya Mandal's Groups

Compassion Fatigue for BIPOC Caregivers

The need for mental health and caregiving services has skyrocketed during this pandemic. COVID-19 presents a pivotal and historical time in helping professions. This group focuses on creating a unique space for BIPOC care professionals who may be presenting symptoms of compassion fatigue, secondary stress, burnout, and vicarious trauma. These unprecedented times call for extra support and space for all helping professionals and particularly, first responders, who have consistently sacrificed their personal needs for the essential care of others. It is time to carve out time for self-care. Please join us twice a month on Zoom.
