Hi! My name is Shravya Raghunand and I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker. My clinical interests include Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Stress Management and Relationship Challenges. Many individuals I work with struggle with their relationships, whether it's with a partner, family member, or friend. They have a hard time communicating effectively, setting boundaries or working through conflicts. Other clients are navigating major life transitions, such as the death of a loved one, divorce, or a new job.
I also work with those struggling with clarity around what personal growth means to them, setting and achieving their goals based on their values. They want to understand their trauma and regulate their emotions.
When it comes to therapy, my approach is respectful and compassionate. I’m invested in helping you allow your needs and wants to exist and be empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
