I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, including South Asian adults who may be navigating stress, anxiety, identity concerns, relationship challenges, trauma, generational trauma, family conflicts, infidelity, anger management or the pressure to “hold it all together.” You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Therapy with me is a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where your experiences are respected.
