I am a clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience working with children, families, and adults from a wide variety of racial, economic and cultural backgrounds. Although I am trained as a generalist, I have a specific interest and significant experience treating children and their families. I practice individual therapy, family therapy, play therapy, utilizes phone consultations, as well as assessment and testing using a wide range of empirically validated instruments to support the individuals towards improvements in their daily functioning.
I have significant experiences with mood disorders including Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Child and Adolescent developmental issues, Adjustment Disorders, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Behavioral problems, and Pervasive Developmental Disorder such as Autism Disorder and Asperger's Disorder.
