Mindfulness: awareness of the present moment. Psychodynamic: Insight into repetitive internal and interpersonal patterns.
Creative interests: I value the creative process and paint landscapes in my free time. I have written many clinical articles and books on trauma, attachment, and psychodynamic relational practice.
