My approach is strength based and proactive. I use a combination of CBT, family systems, person centered and insight oriented therapy.I specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents and women dealing with depression, anxiety, social skills deficits, stress management, infertility and pregnancy loss.

Over the years I've been privileged to teach my clients new skills, strategies and methods to enable them to make positive changes. There is little that is more satisfying as watching them go on to live meaningfully and productively. I hope you'll give yourself that opportunity as well.
