I believe a client centered approach allows a genuine experience for both client and clinician. My goal is to help my clients reach a point of internal growth through self-discovery and encouragement. As a Clinical Social Worker, I provide individual therapy to adults, specializing in older adults and caregiver stress. As well as transitions later in life.
