I am passionate about providing services to those who want to take that step forward to begin their journey to healing. I support clients to reach their individual goals by helping identify thoughts, behaviors, and emotions that keep them in a never-ending cycle. I enjoy providing my clients with the space to feel comfortable and open while guiding them to set realistic goals that lead them on a healthier path.
I work with adults, teens, and children experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, stress and relationship issues. I aid in making sure my clients are equipped with skills useful for positive thinking patterns and to persist during stressful situations. Method of treatment includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy for children.
