I am Shonn Broyles, owner of Carole's Hope. I have over 25 yrs experience in working with anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I began my work in community mental health in 1992. In 2002, I began at Laureate and practiced for over 15 yrs, in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. My passion is to help you find hope and "become your best you" .
My counseling approach includes techniques involving cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, resilience training to gain inner strength, and "mindfulness". I help clients to break free from the restraints that are keeping them from moving forward, through compassion, experienced counseling techniques, and a safe place to share feelings.
