I have an integrative approach to therapy which uses psychodynamic, person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based, and solution focused therapies to help clients become empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
I specialize in helping clients who are experiencing difficulties related to: trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, and relationship issues. I enjoy working with tweens, teens, adults, and families.
