At Root Integrative Health, I specialize in working with women who are caregivers, professionals or visionaries who carry a lot, for their families, friends and for their communities. These are women who struggle with chronic stress, emotional burnout, depression, anxiety, relational wounds, spiritual disconnection, major life transitions and unprocessed trauma. They need a safe space to reflect and be deeply seen and understood. They need support in reconnecting their inner voice, truth, and purpose.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, weaving together evidence-based clinical counseling with mind-body-spirit practices that include psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy. My passion is working with women to explore and heal ancestral wounds and mother wounds, which are especially sensitive and complex.
In session, you can expect to feel deeply seen and supported in reconnecting with your true self. My presence is calm, grounded and compassionate, which helps with creating a sacred space to feel emotionally safe and spiritually held. Each session is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and explore what's really happening beneath the surface.
