| Español I have been in Private Practice since 2003. I see adults and also love to work with teens, families and couples. I recognize that there are moments of change and transitions in a person’s life where outside support can make all the difference. I often start with short-term goal-driven therapeutic approaches but have found that working to help clients get where they want to go may evolve into a longer journey of self-discovery.

I use a wide variety of techniques including CBT and Narrative Therapy. For couples and families improving communication and resolving impasses is key. I use a variety of approaches from Strategic Family Therapy to the Gottman Method. I like to assign homework if the clients are open to it since much of therapeutic change happens in between sessions.
Finding the right fit in a therapist is key. Whether the goals are short term or long term, it is helpful to have an on-going safe and supportive place to sustain.
