I am a trauma therapist and meditation teacher whose approach is gentle, relational, and attuned. I have a background as an English teacher with training at New York University, and a Master's in Social Work from the Ohio State University. I use EMDR to help clients experience shifts in anxiety and stress, as well as in their relation to their past, by processing patterns that no longer serve. We will work on things bit by bit, at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for you.
People often describe feeling calm, grounded, and supported during our work. Whether you are looking for somatic trauma therapy or relief from shame, anxiety, or depression, I can help. With EMDR, healing is possible without needing to share detailed memories of what happened.
