While life may not always offer comfort, we can learn how to expand our capacity to handle challenges through practice & self-compassion.
During my 15 years of practice, I have helped my clients build the internal resilience and practical skills to lead the fulfilling and value-driven lives they deserve. My methods promote the idea that mood, thought and behavior disturbance are meant to bring our awareness to what needs our attention and care so that we may heal. I now offer EMDR and KAP.
