My approach is very direct, honest, and specifically tailored to your needs. The most important part of the therapeutic experience is our working relationship. I will work as your partner through the entire therapeutic process. I also believe that humor can sometimes be an asset in our work.
I currently offer individual therapy to adults. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and am also certified through EMDRIA as an EMDR Therapist. My background includes addictions counseling, binge eating disorder training, family therapy, couples therapy, and child therapy.
