This is a virtual support group for Parents supporting children with mental health needs, while breaking generational patterns in parenting that do not fit the unique needs of their family. We will have discussions about our own upbringing, what generational patterns we want to break, and create a parenting style that fits the mental health needs of our individual families. Come join us for 4 weeks as we share our parenting struggles and wins, and create the community of support that we need.
