Welcome to my profile. I have been a License Professional Counselor since 2003, completed my EMDR Certification in 2015 and Somatic Experiencing (SE) Therapy Certification in 2023.
I primarily work with people who have been impacted by trauma (e.g. childhood experiences, medical procedures, accidents, assaults, natural disasters, systematic bias/injustice). Majority of my clients present with severe anxiety, chronic depression, a sense of overwhelm, despair, social isolation, chronic health issues, and addiction (process & substance).
