I offer trans-affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, kink-aware, poly/ENM-inclusive, and HAES counseling. Many of my clients arrive carrying anxiety, past trauma, or a sense of disconnection from their own values and hopes. Some are drawn to creative and experiential ways of working, including drama therapy, art, or somatic awareness. Others simply want a space where every feeling, from fear to laughter, is welcome without judgment. What they share is a readiness to move toward authenticity. Together, we work to loosen the grip of old narratives and help them reconnect with who they are and who they want to become.
I offer an integrative, person centered approach drawing on talk therapy, EMDR, somatic work, drama therapy, and poetry therapy. Sessions can involve conversation, art making, role play, processing, and/or skill building depending on what feels alive for you. I am here to help you heal from trauma and connect with yourself.
