My ideal client is someone who struggles with the complex trauma symptoms of growing up in a dysfunctional, abusive, or neglectful home (or no home at all). Some of these struggles could include PTSD, unhealthy attachments, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addictive or self-harming behaviors, depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
I use a two-pronged approach, which includes providing tools to my clients to improve their mental health symptoms in the short term while giving them space to work through their traumas over time in a safe and supportive environment.
