I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) specializing in anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder. I have a passion for using evidence-based treatments for anxiety and OCD. I was trained at the Center for Anxiety in New York, and have extensive clinical experience using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

In therapy, I aim to empower my clients to become their own therapists. This allows them to better understand and develop skills to handle the challenges of anxiety and overcome them long-term.
