About
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with the State of North Carolina and I aim to assist individuals and couples to become better versions of themselves to thrive in their personal lives and/or relationships. Clients should be viewed holistically and have treatments that are unique to their current situations. In my sessions, I provide an atmosphere for clients to be themselves, be expressive and feel emotionally safe. I have experience working with individuals and couples who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, stressful life events, mood disorders, and relationship issues.
I assist clients by providing a holistic client-led treatment because I strongly believe, "No one knows the client better than they know themselves". I utilize a variety of interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Imago Relationship Therapy to assist clients with processing feelings, thoughts, and other conditions.
In my therapeutic practice, I aspire to help clients create new effective ways of living to create better versions of themselves.
