Welcome! My passion for helping others has been present all my life. My goal, as your therapist, is to offer a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I take a client-centered approach helping you to develop coping mechanisms and build resilience in the face of challenges. I am dedicated to empowering you to achieve your personal goals. I work with individuals 18 thru end-of-life. My specialties include Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Depression, Geriatric and Seniors - including Dementia, and Stress.
My approach incorporates evidence based modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-focused Therapy. My style is warm, and collective.
There is no "blanket" approach to therapy. I believe it is extremely important to be able to have a diverse, eclectic, and unique approach; while helping my clients achieve their goals. It would be my pleasure to work with you!
