I am committed to providing a warm and safe environment for my clients. I have 12 years of experience working with adolescents and adults with all sorts of cognitive, emotional and behavioral challenges.

I am passionate about utilizing evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, REBT, and IFS theory in my practice. I am also open to exploring and supporting a clients' relationship with religion, spirituality.

For the past 6 years I have worked with various clients struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship difficulties, mood dysregulation and substance dependence. This work is very meaningful and fulfilling for me and I welcome calls or emails to discuss treatment options.
