As a psychotherapist, I provide a safe environment for reflection, where addressing entrenched patterns that hinder you from realizing your goals can lead to awareness and change with time. My analytic training makes me a skilled and attentive listener to your narrative, helping to identify themes and connections that lead to insight and alternative understandings. At the same time, my training in Somatic Experiencing keeps me attuned to the ways in which symptoms are held in the body. Bringing more mindfulness to the body in our work will offer you another way to experience yourself more deeply.

Having worked in the arts, I approach therapy as a creative process. I have over fifteen years of experience working with adults with diverse symptoms and difficulties. I have special interest in creativity and creative blocks. In my work with couples, communication, sexuality, infidelity and adoption are areas of interest.

I also have extensive knowledge and experience in child development from infants to school age children. I provide parent-child dyadic therapy. I work with couples who face challenges in their transition to parenthood and issues related to developmental challenges in young children.
