For years It has been my privilege to work with women of all ages navigating life transitions and hardships such as separations, troubled relationships (with a partner, family or friends, or one's body), navigating the roller coaster of motherhood, or experiencing a loss. Regardless of our experiences, beliefs, or social circumstances, we all fight the silent and lonely battles of not feeling we are enough.
