Throughout our life, we narrate many stories – some we are proud of, while others we keep hidden inside us. Sometimes we feel stuck and not able to narrate our life how we imagined it. How do you feel about your story? I am here to listen to you, and help you take ownership of your story. Brene Brown says “when we deny the story, it defines us. When we own the story, we can write a brave new story”. Your story does not have to be an agonizing burden that you have to hide. Together we can find hope, strength and courage to heal and, if needed, to begin a new chapter.
I have experience working with couples and individuals from diverse backgrounds with various needs. I value your unique qualities, relational context and experiences. My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, strength based, and process focused. I make every effort to create an environment that meets the clients’ and therapists’ needs and goals.
