DR. Shirli works with women through practical intervention therapy, who feel stuck / despaired / confused or broken a, not knowing their next step. You have to change if you want to survive" that you will start to make the necessary changes to transform your mind, habits, and soul. We are going to learn together how to be empowered to be able to fit to fight your life with grace, harmony, and peace of mind, to know how to be able to navigate our own ship to quiet waters.
First there’s a preview in which we chat with the potential client or patient to better understand the challenges. In the first session we prepare and go through a personality assessment, which is a roadmap for the client's life and challenges which is science-based. Then we decide together with the client on a intervention plan
We are growing in a world that allows women to have it all, to do it all, but were not really being taught how. How do we handle the challenges, family, kids, relationships, choices, values, or habits?
