To ensure your comfort, I provide a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental environment, where you can explore your experiences and express your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
My approach to therapy is holistic as I guide each individual in achieving a deep sense of overall wellness. I work from a creative, integrative lens combining supportive compassion and authenticity with targeted intervention. I draw mainly from Cognitive Behavior Therapy and incorporate mindfulness practices, art, and play-based interventions for youth.
