With compassion, encouragement and humor, I will help you examine the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that contribute to the current distress in your life, and to offer suggestions on how to make changes.
For couples who are struggling with relationship issues such as infidelity, parenting or communication, or who are finding themselves emotionally disconnected, I offer couples therapy, or an online video course, "Couples Communication 101". I also work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety or trauma, often from unresolved childhood issues.
I love what I do for a living, I am passionate about facilitating personal growth. In addition to years of professional experience, I have 60 plus years of life experience which informs my understanding of the life transitions that my clients are experiencing.
