I have worked in the mental health field for several years in a variety of capacities. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, stress management, and chronic health conditions. I offer services for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. I offer in person and telehealth services.
My style is warm, flexible, and client-centered. I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients in order to build a trusting collaborative relationship. My approach integrates various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness treatment and supportive therapy. I look forward to working with.
