My areas of focus are working with chronic health conditions, parenting, relationships, anxiety, stress management, depression, LGBTQ+ and empowering you to maintain personal well-being through all life challenges including the current political climate. I offer individual services for adolescents and adults. I offer in person and telehealth services.
My style is warm, flexible, and client center. I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients in order to build a trusting collaborative relationship. My approach integrates various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness treatment and supportive therapy. I look forward to working with you.
