Prior to entering the mental health field, I spent 16 years in human resources and recruiting, and I understand firsthand the many challenges that women, especially women of color, face in the workplace. My clinical experience includes providing individual/group therapy in a community clinic and many years working as a therapist in a large county agency.
My practice is characterized by warmth, acceptance, genuine support, and motivation, and I believe in treating each client holistically.
