Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing in Texas and Idaho. I believe Mental health matters for all ages! I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life, ages 8+ to the sages. Throughout our sessions together I will work to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to show up, just as you are. It’s ok, to not be ok! I am committed to walking with you, using evidence-based modalities, such as CBT, Client-Centered, Solution Focus, EMDR, and Psychoeducation, to ensure you meet your goals.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and received my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. I have experience in Health Care and Mental Health services working for non-profit, for-profit, nursing homes, and home health.
I have experience from entry-level positions to management experience. I enjoy teaching, working with others, and seeing the difference counseling makes in individuals' lives.
