Traumatic stress and anxiety can come with symptoms that make you feel frozen and locked out of your own life. I believe the ways we learned to protect ourselves early in life often form a rigid rulebook that keeps us feeling stuck and alone in repetitive, unwanted patterns.

My work draws on Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, ACT, and ERP among others. I'm interested in what your nervous system is holding, what your parts are protecting, and what becomes possible when both feel safe enough to shift.
