I work with a wide range of concerns, including relationship dynamics/conflict, ADHD (focus on both children and adults), low self-esteem, family conflict, anxiety, grief and more. Using a warm and collaborative style, I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to explore what matters to you.
