I am a licensed master social worker (LMSW) with 3 years of experience supporting clients through life transitions, emotional challenges, and identity exploration. My background in education and theater informs a creative, relational approach to therapy that values connection, meaning, and personal growth. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, loneliness, communication challenges, and neurodivergence, and I strive to meet clients where they are on their unique and evolving journeys.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from Florida State University. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, grounded in the belief that clients are the experts of their lives. I integrate creative and experiential techniques, including narrative exploration, values-based work, and expressive tools to support insight and self-compassion.
