As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have the training and experience to help you lead a more fulfilling and less challenging life. I believe that positive and lasting change can occur within the safety of the therapeutic environment. My immediate goal is to provide symptom relief and subsequently address any underlying causes and issues. My goal is to help you feel better and to be able to maintain those feelings long-term.
My particular expertise includes depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I have also worked with a variety of other difficulties. I especially enjoy working with teenagers and young adults. In addition I have been successful in helping couples address their problems. I use a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral techniques.
