My passion is offering early relationship support/premarital counseling to help you build a strong foundation and establish healthy patterns, so you're prepared when life throws you curveballs. I believe an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I also specialize in helping couples who are stuck having the same argument over and over (and over...) stop the cycle. I'll provide you with tangible tools to more effectively communicate needs, see new perspectives, and build warmth again. My other speciality is helping you unwind from trauma or anxiety and change that unhelpful inner monologue. Most of us didn't learn how to effectively navigate conflict, manage emotions, or release trauma. Let me guide you from a warm, non-judgmental, and encouraging stance. I pride myself on being direct and goal-oriented so you can see progress.
