Often, negative emotions are like a dark cloud that blurs our direction. These emotions have names like anger, frustration, worry, doubt, and confusion. My job is to help you clear the cloud through the art of conversation and self-discovery.

I provide my patients with a safe space to organize their thoughts, clarify their desires, and light the path forward. My style is one of openness and non-judgmental acceptance, and my goal is to help you thrive, support you in working through challenges, and find effective ways to live the life you want to live.
