In today’s world, we witness a plethora of stressors, which affect our day to day life’s mental health wellbeing. With the increased stress, and exhaustion in routine life, meeting the demands of family, work, and personal goals, especially during the pandemic period, it gets difficult to cope. The restrictions of social distancing has further isolated individuals who are seeking support to manage their overwhelming psycho emotional state. This extent of exertion leads to mental health issues e.g., depression, anxiety. These individuals can be a wife, a mother, a student, a teacher, a doctor, or a mental health professional.
I started my education in Master's in Clinical Psychology which helps me in understanding the clinical issues that the clients are experiencing. Master's in Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling from IIT Chicago I acquired knowledge and skills to provide counseling as well as wholistic recovery plan which enhance client's Quality of life.
My goal as a Mental Health Professional is to provide affordable, and quality Mental Health Services.
