Hi , this is Shipra Singh, I am an independently licensed clinician and supervisor, in Kentucky. I have been practicing since 17 years, and have worked with individuals, couples, families and groups. I believe in being a comrade of my clients in their journey of healing and finding a balance in their life. Therapy in todays world is not just a means to support our mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression etc, but therapy also serves as the most needed form of self care and a safe space to process our daily life challenges.
