I am a holistic and culturally sensitive, EMDR therapist specializing in trauma-informed care. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate and heal from complex emotional and psychological challenges. I have a particular focus on working with survivors of sexual abuse. Additionally, I support clients dealing with PTSD, C-PTSD, dissociative disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, and women’s issues.
I primarily utilize EMDR therapy and Somatic Experiencing but still hold an eclectic approach. I place a huge importance on building a trusting relationship with you to promote comfortability and security.
I have experience working with individuals who have trauma, depression, mood disorders, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life transitioning issues.
